Sochi is a 10 year old bay 16hh German Oldenburg mare. She is schooling all 3rd Level movements, is easy to sit and is a light footed, forward thinking horse. She has 3 good paces, shows an ability to collect and loves working outside and hacking out. She does best in regular full work program.

Sochi is sired by the German Oldenburg stallion Sagnol who competed to Advanced Level in dressage. He has produced over 10 offspring competing at Advanced Level dressage and also a successful CCI4* Eventer. His sire Sandro Hit founded a dressage dynasty of his own producing legions of top level dressage horses that are stamped with his correct legs, excellent feet, active knee and good modern type. Sagnol's dam sire Landadel brings good quality canter mechanic and strength of hindleg with his Holsteiner influences. Impressively his dam has produced seven maternal siblings to Sagnol that are 1.30m showjumpers!
 

Sochi's dam Princess Suprice is by the German Oldenburg stallion Feinbrand who was the reserve champion at his stallion performance testing in Germany and went on to have great success in young horse classes. Feinbrand has sired multiple Grand Prix dressage horses who are known to have good rideability and character. The bottom line of her pedigree is rounded out by Prinz Miro a Pik Bube I son, also another proven producer of Advanced Level dressage horses. 
 

Sochi is priced at 30k USD and is located in Uxbridge ON one hour north of the Toronto Pearson International Airport and is available for trials. airport pick up and accommodation assistance is available. She has neck and back xrays on file. She sells with vet records and receives no joint injections or maintenance to stay sound and healthy. She is a calm full turnout horse with no vices.
